PROTEK CURING 300
PROTEK CURING 300 It is a water-based paraffin-based curing liquid used to cure fresh concrete immediately after all concrete surface hardener and other concrete applications.
- PROTEK CURING 300 The strength of a concrete cured with is higher than that of normal concrete.
- It prevents cracks that may occur in concrete during curing.
- It reduces dust on the concrete surface.
- Since it is water-based, it is non-flammable and easy to use.
- It is more effective than other curing methods such as canvas, sacking and irrigation.
- It is used in all indoor and outdoor areas.
- It has water repellent properties.
- It is especially used in outdoor concrete.
On all vertical and horizontal concrete surfaces,
Indoors and outdoors,
In airport and field concretes,
On highways, bridges, dams and canals,
It is used in retaining walls and terraces.
Surface Preparation
PROTEK CURING 300 It is not necessary to do any work on the concrete surface before application.
APPLICATION
- The application is made after the application of concrete and surface hardener, when the concrete surface has set enough to not be distorted - after the concrete surface water has evaporated, immediately after the molds are removed, and before the formation of the joints.
- In brush or roller applications, sufficient hardening of the concrete is required to avoid damaging the concrete surface.
- In spraying applications, the material is sprayed on the surface in a thin layer of equal thickness.
- The material should be shaken well before use.
- The drying time of the material after the curing application is 2 hours at 20°C.
- After curing applications in open areas, the concrete surface should be protected from external factors such as rain and snow for 2-3 hours.
- After this period, the concrete surface is protected from rainwater.
In subsequent applications on cured concrete, the concrete surface must be cleaned of the curing agent.
- Pouring hot water on the material and brushing it
CONSUMPTION
Depending on the absorbency of the concrete surface and ambient temperature; 0.200 - 0.250 kg/m2
30 kg drum
Shelf life is 1 year when stored in its original packaging, in dry, protected and ventilated environments at +5°C / +25°C, protected from direct sunlight and frost.
