PRO-JET 022 T

PROJET 022T

It is a super plasticizer concrete additive that increases the early and final strengths by reducing the mixed water of concrete at a high rate or gives high fluidity to the concrete with the same amount of water.

• In foundation, slab, curtain, column and beam concretes
• In the manufacture of thin, densely reinforced concrete elements
• In the production of prefabricated concrete elements
• On bridges and consoles
• In pre-stressed concrete manufacturing
• In places where early mold taking or fast loading is required
• In casting concrete where high early strength is required in cold weather.

Consumption/Dosage: Depending on the desired performance in concrete, it is used in the dosage range of %8-3.0 (800-300 g for 100 kg binder). The optimum additive dose is determined by the quality of the binder and aggregate used and the water/binder ratio. Therefore, it is recommended to determine it by making preliminary trial mixtures.

Storage Conditions/Shelf Life
It is suitable for use for 24 months when stored between +5 °C and +35 °C in original, unopened and undamaged packages, protected from direct sunlight.
Technical data
Chemical Structure: Melamine sulfonate polymer based liquid
Intensity: 1.15-1.19 kg/l at 20 °C
PH Value: 7-11
Freezing point: – 10
Total chloride Ion Content: Contains no more than %0.1 chloride
Overdose Effect: If a higher dose is accidentally used than specified, setting times may be prolonged. In this case, the concrete should be kept moist until it hardens to prevent premature drying.

It is used by adding the mixture to water or by directly mixing it when added to freshly prepared low-slump fresh concrete. When added directly to fresh concrete, the mixing time is increased by 3 minutes at fast speed to ensure homogeneity. The amount of admixture to be added to fresh concrete must be in the appropriate dosage to prevent segregation in the concrete.
