Usage areas

Indoors and outdoors, especially water tanks, brine pools
It is used as an insulation material against leaks in foundation, curtain and basement walls, WC, bathroom, kitchen, balcony and detached swimming pools.

Consumption and Recommendations

Consumption
4kg/m² (for 2 mm application thickness)

Application Tools:
Roller, brush and trowel. Application tools should be cleaned with water immediately after use.
PACKAGING :
28 kg set (25 kg kraft bag + 3 kg plastic drum)
Storage And Shelf Life:
The shelf life is 1 year from the date of production when stored in its original package, in ventilated, dry and protected environments at +5°C / +30°C, protected from sun, rain and frost.
Attention:
During application, protective gloves and glasses should be used. In case of contact with skin, wash with plenty of water, and in case of contact with eyes or if swallowed, seek medical advice.

Method of Application

APPLICATION
• 3 kg of PROTECT- A 020 CRYSTALLIZED 2K liquid component should be added to 7.5-8 kg of mixing water and mixed with 25 kg of PROTECT- A 020 CRYSTALLIZED 2K powder component in a clean container with the help of a low-speed mixer to a homogeneous consistency. It should be mixed for about 2-3 minutes until it comes together.
• PROTECT- A 020 CRYSTALLIZED 2K should be applied to the entire surface in at least 2 layers with a brush. The application of each layer should be done perpendicular to the previous one.
• At least 7 hours should be waited between coats.
• If the following coat application occurs 14 hours or more after the previous coat application, the surface should be moistened again before application.

• For drinking water tanks, they should be disinfected with hypochlorite solution and washed with drinking water at least 7 days after application, and then filled with water. This process should be repeated once a year.
