014 REPAIR MORTAR

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Surfaces must be clean, smooth, solid, and free from loose parts, all kinds of dust, oil, dirt, rust, mold oil, etc., and any other substances and waste that may prevent adhesion. The surface to be applied must be damp; dry surfaces must be moistened before application.

25 kg on 5-6 lt water 014 THIN REPAIR MORTAR Pour slowly and mix with a low speed mixer until no lumps remain. Let the mortar rest for 5-10 minutes to mature. Mix again before starting the application. 014 THIN REPAIR MORTAR It should be applied by applying pressure with a steel trowel. If more than one layer is to be applied, at least 4-6 hours should be waited between layers. This period can be shortened in the summer months. If the second layer is to be applied, the surface must be moistened with a sponge. The prepared mortar should be used within 1-2 hours.

APPLICATION CONDITIONS:

Ambient temperature should be between +5°C and +30°C. Application should be avoided in very humid and/or very hot weather. It should not be applied on surfaces that are frozen, melting or in danger of rain or frost within 24 hours.
