PROTECT-A PROWILL STEEL 1000
An economical mold release agent that can be diluted with 1/15 solvent (diesel oil, kerosene, etc.), which allows easy and fast separation of molds from concrete, reduces air bubbles on the concrete surface and provides a smooth and spotless surface.
- It prevents corrosion by preventing rust on steel doors.
It is economical when diluted with 1/15 solvent.
It is easy to apply.
Resistant to heat and steam cure applications.
By reducing air bubbles on the concrete surface, it ensures a spotless and smooth surface on the concrete.
Reuse of molds minimizes the need for cleaning.
Significantly reduces mold cost and labor.
It is a liquid with high fluidity and does not cause blockage in the spraying machine.
Increases the efficiency of the mold and extends its life.
- Especially in tunnel steel formwork systems where steam cure is applied and heated,
Low absorbency, smooth molds
Plywood mold systems
In polyester mold systems
Precast, slip mold surfaces
Suitable for use in detailed and large surface concrete molds.
Before using STEEL 1000, the application surfaces must be carefully cleaned. The mold surface must be cleaned of concrete, wood, iron pieces, snow and ice.
STEEL 1000 is mixed in a clean container and diluted with 1/15 solvent (diesel oil, kerosene, etc.) according to the desired performance. In cold weather, the product should be brought to room temperature before diluting. To obtain the best result, PROWİL STEEL 1000 should be sprayed homogeneously on the mold in a thin layer (single layer) or applied with a brush or roller. The material should not be allowed to accumulate on the surface and should be applied evenly to the entire surface. The ideal usage amount should be reached by experimenting in spray applications.
