PROWILL 600 CONCENTRATED
It is a concentrated, high-quality mold release agent containing special emulsifiers that enable easy and fast separation of molds from concrete, reducing air bubbles on the concrete surface and providing a smooth and spotless surface.

Before using PROWILL 600, the application surfaces should be carefully cleaned. The mold surface must be cleaned of concrete, wood, iron pieces, snow and ice.

Since the hardness level of the water used for dilution may affect the homogeneous appearance of the product, it is recommended to use tap water.
To obtain the best result, PROWİL 600 should be sprayed homogeneously on the mold in a thin layer (single layer) or brushed.

Ambient temperature should be between +5°C and +30°C. Application should be avoided in very humid and/or very hot weather. It should not be applied on surfaces that are frozen, melting or in danger of rain or frost within 24 hours.
Although it varies depending on the type of mold, it lubricates approximately 20 - 30 m2 mold surface when applied with a roller, and approximately 40 - 60 m2 mold surface when sprayed with a pressure pump.

In 25 kg plastic drums and 180 kg barrels
Store in a dry and cool environment (temperatures above +80C), unopened in its original packaging. Do not leave in the sun and protect from frost. It has a shelf life of 12 months.
Do not consume solid or liquid substances or smoke during application. Use protective gloves, glasses and clothing. Avoid eye and skin contact. In case of skin contact, wash with plenty of water and soap. In case of eye contact, rinse with plenty of water and consult a doctor immediately. Keep out of reach of children. Do not swallow, do not use empty packages to store foodstuffs and drinking water.
