PROTECT-A PROWİL 150 TK

Colored powder mold release agent that gives an aged effect for cement-based stamped concrete surface hardeners.

 Prevents concrete from adhering to mold surfaces
 Ensures exact transfer of mold patterns onto Decon printed concrete surface hardener
 It ensures high efficiency use by preventing wear and tear of the molds.

 It is used to ensure easy separation of polyurethane molds from the surface in stamped concrete system application.  It is used to give an antique effect on colored surface hardeners.

After the application of PROWİL 150 TK mold release concrete surface hardener, when the surface finishing is completed, it is sprinkled on the surface and the printing process is started with molds. After 1-2 days, the surface is washed with pressurized water until the desired effect is achieved. While washing with high pressure leaves a more aged effect; Washing with low pressure provides a more aged effect

Packaging and Storage

PACKAGING:
5 Kg Plastic Bucket -10 Kg Plastic Bucket -20 Kg Kraft Bag.
STORAGE and SHELF LIFE:
Store in a dry and cool environment (temperatures above +80C), unopened in its original packaging. Do not leave in the sun and protect from frost. It has a shelf life of 12 months.
