APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:

The carrier concrete of the application area must be at least C25 class. The surface of fresh concrete should be polished with tray polish and smoothed with a wooden trowel. Depending on the environment and weather conditions, the sprinkling process should be started after the concrete has hardened enough to leave a 0.5 - 1.5 cm deep footprint when stepping on it. The material should not be left on the surface in clumps, and distribution should be as homogeneous as possible. In addition, long distances should not be sprinkled to prevent the aggregates in the product from decomposing. This process can be done manually or by special sprinkling.

Curing: PROTEK curing materials should be used to cure the concrete after application.

Joint Cutting: Joint cutting should be done within 2 - 3 days at the latest after the concrete is poured. After placing the joint filler rod into the joint gaps, the remaining gaps should be filled with suitable products.

APPLICATION CONDITIONS:

Ambient temperature should be between +5°C and +30°C. Application should be avoided in very humid and/or very hot weather. It should not be applied on surfaces that are frozen, melting or in danger of rain or frost within 24 hours.
