It is especially used in mortar mixtures with low cement content.

Application Method

Surface Preparation The surfaces to be applied must be solid. The surface must have a compressive strength of 25N/mm² and a strength of at least 1.5 N/mm² for the adhesion test. The surface must be cleared of factors that will affect adhesion performance such as loose, dislodged or moving concrete particles, oil and paint residues, and cement grout residues. In addition, the surfaces to be applied must be roughened and wiped with appropriate tools and machines. The surfaces to be wiped must be completely cleaned of dust with industrial type machines. Dust remaining in the surface pores may cause product performance and holes in the coating.

APPLICATION

PROTECT-A 070 PROMAX is added directly to the mixed mortar. The aggregate and water/cement ratio of the mortar must be selected correctly and the mortar must be mixed thoroughly. PROTECT-A 070 PROMAX is compatible with all cement types and hydraulic binders.

APPLICATION TOOLS

Application tools should be cleaned immediately with water after use.

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE:

It should be stored in its original packaging in a dry environment between +10°C and +30°C.

It has a shelf life of 1 (one) year in its unopened package, in a dry, cool and closed place.

Situations to be Considered

During application and mixing, the material should not come into contact with the skin and eyes, and in case of contact, it should be washed with plenty of water. In case of contact with eyes, wash immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention. Protective gloves and goggles should be used during application.
