PROTEK-A PR 044 2 K

This is a two-component, solvent-free, polyurethane injection resin that reacts with water. The reaction time of the injection resin is controlled by using an accelerator known as CATALYST 10, ranging from %2 to . The expansion time is highly dependent on the amount of accelerator mixed with the resin, the amount of water, and the application temperature. After the product reacts with water, a flexible, hydrophobic, non-shrinking foam is obtained. Without water, the product does not expand but hardens, forming an elastic mass.

Method of Application

Before using the resin, mix the material and accelerator thoroughly. To determine the exact reaction time, mix INJECTION FOAM and CATALYST 10 according to the mixing ratio instructions (min. %2 – max. ).
