PA 011 NB 2 K

It is a polyurethane based, two component, solvent based, moisture curing, low viscosity primer. It penetrates the surface on which it is applied and shows its protective effect as a result of its chemical reaction with the moisture in the ground and air.

Application Method

Preparation of the Surface

The existing surface is clean, dry, flat and free of dirt, dust, oil, wax, mold and mildew. PROTECT-A PA 011 NB 2 K The surface must be free from effects that will worsen its performance.

All loose, dusty, cracked, crusted and previously painted surfaces should be cleaned by scraping, sanding, brushing with a wire brush and/or with the help of machinery (pressurized water spray or sandblasting).

Damaged or decomposed surfaces must be repaired.

Old painted surfaces and irregularities should be sanded.

APPLICATION

The surface on which the primer will be applied must be clean, free from oil and dirt, especially dry, and the surface that has been repaired.

PROTECT-A PA 011 NB 2 K Mix thoroughly and apply to the floor with a brush or roller. Under normal conditions, curing time is 45-60 minutes and drying time is 6-8 hours. In hot environments, the time is shortened, and in cold environments, this time can be extended.

CONSUMPTION Total theoretical consumption is 150-400 g/m²

SHELF LIFE It can be stored for 12 months in its unopened original packaging, in dry environments at temperatures between 5°C and 25°C. Opened packages should be used immediately.

During the application, work clothes, protective gloves, glasses and masks in accordance with Occupational and Worker Health rules should be used.

Due to the irritating effects of uncured materials, the components should not be contacted with the skin or eyes. In case of contact, they should be washed immediately with plenty of water and soap. If swallowed, a doctor should be consulted immediately.

Food and beverage materials should not be brought into application areas. It should be stored in places inaccessible to children.
